- WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES AND RISKS OF BUYING OFF-PLAN PROJECT?
the off-plan property mean to buy a property under construction and not completed it yet but the plan and location main benefit from buying this kind of property is to take it in cheap price comparing with others and get a long installment without any extra interests on and more other information.
if you have an invest target it will be the best choice but you should be careful with many points like the contract items and the construction company history.
therefore we are strongly recommend to study each property contract when intending to purchase an off-plan property.

- IF I AM AN INVESTOR THERE IS SOMEONE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO MANAGE MY PROPERTY?
YES but it will be in two ways depend on your property so if you buy a flat from a project system the project will be responsible to follow all your property needs and rent it as well and if you take a property out of project system we will be responsible about it and them the all money transfer will go direct to your bank account depend on the contract.
- IF I PLAN TO MOVE TO TURKEY HOW IS THE COST OF LIVE THERE?
the cost of life depend on the level of the life that you choose but if we chose the Middle one so the cost of life monthly per person could be 300$
- WHAT IS THE MONTHLY EXPENSE FOR THE PROPERTY AFTER START TO LIVE IN IT?
monthly you should pay |Facilities expenses: 1$ per m2 (for using the all facilities) |Electricity expenses : depend on flat m2 and Consumption |Water expenses:depend on flat m2 and Consumption.
- CAN I INHERIT MY TURKISH PROPERTY AFTER DIED ?
You can inherit your property in Turkey to your children’s or relatives , according own your property (i.e. the title deed – TAPU – is in your name)
- IS IT IMPORTANT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN TURKEY?
No,it is not important to open an account in Turkey after buy a property becuase you can transfer the money by bank account and take a receipt after sending any amounts depend on your transaction. and after deliver the property if you sell off-plan one we recommend to open an account if you are think to rent it and start to have an income from it.
- HOW WILL I PAY MONTHLY BILLS WHEN I AM NOT IN TURKEY OR IF THE PROPERTY IS BEING RENTED?
when you open an account in Turkey or already have you can pay the all bills and and expense online even if you are out of Turkey.
